Va Mileage Rate 2024. Veterans and their caregivers who are traveling to and from approved health care appointments may be eligible for reimbursement of their mileage and other travel. Effective july 1, 2024 the maximum compensation rate will be $1410.00.

Effective january 1, 2024 the mileage reimbursement rate will be $.67 per mile. 70% of the full benefit.
